| New Shipping Policy There is a new tiered shipping rate and larger orders will have to have a confirmed tracking method. Sadly some customers have taken advantage of this in the past and has caused most complaints over the years. Shipping larger orders without tracking is out of my control and no longer works. We will be working on the website to reflect this change. Smaller orders can still be shipped via Air mail since many orders are under 50.00. It usually doesn't make sense for a 10.00 order to cost 20-50.00 for shipping. More expensive orders will ship for free to serve as a bit of a discount. ------ALWAYS CONSIDER TRACKING----- If tracking is not applied I cannot tell you where your package is other than it was shipped. I do not re-ship orders twice without tracking being applied on the original. However I have been shipping small packages for 10 years without much problem. Patience is very helpful so if you have a deadline please contact me for guaranteed delivery times and rates. |
